  • The role

    The role is both exciting and challenging: you will lead the marketing strategy across the agency to propel our growth even further and fulfill our ambition to work with more global brands and deliver them innovative content marketing, PR and SEO campaigns. You will carry out B2B marketing exclusively for the agency across all our social media channels, events and PR. The role will be solely focused on carrying out marketing for the Kaizen brand and not client accounts.

    • Create a Marketing & PR strategy for the below listed channels that generates qualified leads that results in client acquisition as per our sales targets

      • Email Marketing & CRM
    • Work with our in-house content team to create sales collateral and marketing campaigns as per your vision
    • Act as a project manager for each marketing channel by creating project plans; allocating internal resource and conducting performance/progress meetings to ensure activities take place
    • Creating regular performance reports for each channel to ensure lead acquisition targets are met and creating action plans where necessary to improve performance
    • Achieving qualified lead targets as a result of your marketing strategy
    • Identify and recruit suppliers who can handle the delivery work in relation to Paid Search, Social and Content Production
    • Work alongside the Commercial Director to manage and create any sales collateral that can assist with client acquisition
  • About you

    • 2 years experience in a marketing roles at an agency preferably
    • Thorough understanding of digital marketing industry, including content marketing, PR and SEO
    • Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels
    • Can run the entire end-to-end B2B marketing funnel with an excellent grasp of brand-building and lead generation activities
    • Experienced with Hubspot or a similar CRM platform
    • Comfortable using a range of tools to execute, measure and report on marketing campaigns including email platforms and relevant digital tools
